Helpful Guidance
Q: Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
A: We invite you to RSVP online here.
Q: What date should I RSVP by?
A: Please RSVP by September 28, 2025.
Q: What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
A: Our venue's address is 31241 North 159th Avenue, Surprise, AZ 85387. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the ceremony location. All areas are wheelchair accessible.
Q: Is there parking available near/at your wedding venue?
A: There is free on-site parking at the venue.
Q: Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
A: Our wedding will be primarily outdoors with indoor seating for the reception. The outdoor areas contain turf, concrete sidewalk, and gravel.
Q: What's the dress code for your wedding?
A: Our dress code is formal with black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
Q: What is the weather and climate like in the area?
A: Arizona in the late fall experiences moderate temperatures (50-80 degrees F) during the day and cool temperatures at night (40-60 degrees F) with very low humidity, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony if desired.
Q: Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
A: We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, unless your invitation explicitly allows for a plus one. Otherwise, the name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Q: Am I allowed to bring my children?
A: We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.
Q: What type of food will be served at your wedding?
A: We plan on having a BBQ-style entree with side options. We will also have options for guests with dietary restrictions. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of the RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Q: Will there be an open bar?
A: There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. We do recommend bringing cash for the option of tipping bartenders.
Q: Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
A: Thank you for your generosity! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we are accepting cash donations going towards our honeymoon and furnishing our new home in lieu of a registry - you may donate here.
Q: What's the wedding itinerary?
A: Our wedding will take place at The Willow on Sunday, November 9, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp (please arrive by 3:30 PM), followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00 PM.
Q: Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
A: We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony portion of our wedding. It will be a cellphone-free ceremony. You may take photos or videos before or after the ceremony.
